Our Return Policy

 

Power Quality's policy is to provide our customers with superior customer service. All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) to us within 30 days and we will refund the full product price.  Also, most of our batteries carry a one year manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Be aware that there is a 20% Restocking Fee for the return of products that are not defective.
 
  We will refund shipping costs only if the result is our error (wrong item shipped, shipping damage). Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped, in which we will refund the shipping charges.

  In order to return a product, e-mail us at RMA@powerquality.org. Please include your name, day-time phone number, order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and complete instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us.
